ARRGH!!!!
That felt good. I mean, it felt really good after what I've gone through these 2 days. Let's start from yesterday.
Woke up at 9AM, picked up a friend at Admiralty MRT. I had 2 friends coming over to my house in the morning to help with the BBQ shopping. We were kind of short of cash, as most of the people had not paid up. They decided to pay on the day itself. It was a huge risk, but I decided to gamble on it. After buying a lot (And I mean A LOT) of stuffs from NTUC, we prepared the frozen food at my house in an hour. Set off for HER house (She cooked the mee siam for us) at around 1:30PM. By some good luck, we got a very sporting taxi driver who loves bowling, like my friend. The whole cab trip was basically about both of them arguing over whether there's a bowling tournament this Sunday at OCC. The stupid thing was, my friend told the taxi driver about my thing with the lady, and since she was sitting at the back with me (There were 3 of us at the back, she was in the centre, my other friend was in the front), the driver PURPOSELY swerved hard on bends so it's either she bumped into me, or vice versa. Try imagining how I felt.
Anyway, the BBQ was fun, though it didn't quite turned out the way I wanted. Was thinking of asking her the question during the BBQ, but after a few hours of debating with myself, I've decided that I'm a coward in these type of situation, and that I'm totally hopeless for relationships. That's how low I look down on myself with personal relationships. Didn't ask her in the end, and yes, now I am regretting like mad. -but ANYHOW-
There were 3 of us staying overnight. Of course we didn't sleep, it would just be a waste of the overnight experience. We played C&C Generals LAN gaming at the shop above Mc Donald's from 12AM to 2AM, then again from 8:30AM to 10AM. Just say it, we are crazy. Not only that, I had to carry my sports bag on one side of my shoulder and my 6-man tent on the other side. I was so shagged dragging both on my shoulders from East Coast Park all the way back to Admiralty. This was like the worst day of my life, but like I always think, it could have been worse.
The moment I reached home, I slept like a log for a good 4 hours. THAT felt really good, after all I've been through, both physically and mentally. Too bad this "rest" will not last long. I have an orientation booth in school to look after tomorrow morning till evening, and some appointments during the weekends.
I realized this is the first time I wrote so much in a blog. Maybe it's because it is a 2-day blog. Or maybe it's because I have so much to say. Either way, I'd love to be able to write as much for more blogs to come.
Honest.
