[Mood: Great] [Mentally: Sharp] [Physically: In Pain] [State of Mind: Whizzing]
Yesterday, my FYP group had finally came to a conclusion that we only had to create the GUI for the project. I'm sure some of you must be thinking what project we're working on. This project, called the E-Cell Session Manager, is a world-class project started by biologists in Keio University in Japan, and my group chosed to continue some of its features for our FYP. The Session Manager is a kind of process where a user (usually a biologist) will give an input (usually a gene sequence or nucleotide) and the machine will have to divide the job according to how many computers are free under it. Multi-processing, they call it. It's a very interesting project to work on.
I also had Kompang practice yesterday. I tried playing the
Bunga, and although I don't think I'm that good enough, I did fine. Just need more practice. The only problem yesterday was that my arms were giving me problems. They have been aching ever since school started. Must be the stuffs I have to bring to school everyday.
Today was a long day, having the final interviews of Exco-32 and then the finalization. It took us 4 hours to complete the puzzle. Finally, the Secretary post has been filled, and my mind is at ease. Well, not yet. The top 2 posts have not been revealed yet.
It seems that my arms will be aching for a few days. I better rest them for performance during NDOC. And I could use some extra sleep.
Not that I needed any.
*ponders*
But I would.
