[Mood: Fine] [Mentally: Very Tired] [Physically: Very Tired] [State of Mind: Stumped]
A very tiring day. The previous night, I stayed up until 2:45AM to watch a soccer match, then at 3AM, called my friend to wake her up to do her revision. I slept only at 3:30PM after seeing Manchester United losing. I can't bear to see any more.
Got called up again by my friend at 6:30AM. This time, when I arrived at her station, she was already there waiting for me. I was trying very hard to keep my eyes open, but somehow, it just couldn't. I slept while standing on the way to Dover. Suspect my friend didn't even realized it since she was studying for her test.
After she went for her class, I went to my FYP lab, and slept. For a full 2 hours. THAT, was a great help. While doing FYP, the rain was pouring down. It has been pretty rainy these past few days. My group mate, Yaomin, who is the President of Computer Club, asks me if I'm going for the SAA Leadership Camp Cruise end of November. You see, each club is able to nominate one person to attend the camp, and it's priority basis in terms of posts in club. So I told him I was considering it. We printed the form and started filling it together with our Overseas Internship form. If all goes through well, both of us will be going on Destination: Asia. Cruise to Thailand in end of November, and Japan in January.
During the FYP, my group and the lab technician went to the Retail shop in Business block to enter a lucky spin. I got 3 spins, and I won 2 jewellery vouchers and a ZA kit. Talk about being lucky. My group mates commented on how I have been lucky these past few weeks. Sheesh.
Got an SMS from my friend saying her test was cancelled! Ha ha... So I met up with her at FC3 after taking a document from SAA, then we had lunch. After that, spent some time on the FF animation, and we went for our respective classes at 2PM. At this point, I was really getting sleepy, and Genomics and Proteomics class will definitely NOT help me stay up.
And true to my forecast, it didn't. 3/4 of the class was sleeping at the end of the lecture, including me. An incredible sight... As if sleeping gas had just filled the room. After the class, I went to T1464 while waiting for my friend to finish her class. Met Haddad there, presumably doing his blog. When my friend arrived, she did her blog (which I was not allowed to look at), then we went to MLS to collect my room key.
On the way home, I was already tired... Super tired. Must be the early mornings. And I was feeling cold too. My friend forgot to bring her jacket, and she held on to mine since at T14. Well, I guess I'll have to train myself to be used to cold weather, as it will be winter in Japan.
I don't know how the selection will go, but looking at the situation, I might just be selected. Maybe.
A BIG maybe.
