[Mood: Great] [Mentally: Tired] [Physically: Tired] [State of Mind: Okay]
I had to wake up early today. Got a call from my friend at 6:30AM. I was like, "Okay, thanks.", then dragged myself to the toilet. It was difficult, but I think I could use more of this. When I left the hous at 7:15AM and gave her a call, she was still getting ready. Upsetting. Lolz. In the end, I had to let go of 3 trains before she came. =x
She had an 8AM lecture, so once she was in the LT, I made my way to my FYP lab to play the GMail jackpot. Quite frustrated when I reached there and realized my class would be at T17. But I stayed there anyway, and for the first time in this semester, I was second to arrive outside the classroom, just 5 seconds behind the first one.
Everyone in my class was surprised to see me there on time. I am known to make entrances during classes. But then again, I suspect they know. My group mates just grinned. Anyway, I got back my test results. Didn't fail too badly. At least I had full marks for an 8 marks question. Guessed overall I did well, considering I lost all my notes a week before the test.
After that, had a break, so my group mates and I went to our FYP lab to do more GMail jackpotting. One of them was boasting to me how lucky he is to win 11 invites in a day. I just told him I'm already feeling lucky, and it's not because of GMail. =D rushed for Genomics & Proteomics after that, and as usual, the lecturer got the whole class sleeping again. Once ended, we continued our GMail jackpotting, before heading for an Overseas Internship briefing.
It was a normal briefing, and I got a few pointers about Keio University. It's winter there, and the only entertainment I can get there is the Internet. Sounds like my kind of place. Suspect my chances to going is higher after 3 students back out because they are foreign student (Foreigners have to pay extra $30,000 (refundable) if they are to go overseas due to security reasons from MOE). But then again, there will still be a selection process, so we'll wait and see.
It was raining heavily when the briefing ended. My friend had not eaten lunch yet, but I had already taken mine. Scared that she'll come down with gastric, I went to main library, and we went for lunch. Met Chip, Haddad, Hajar and Zaini at FC3. After lunch, my friend continued her FF animation at MLS. It seemed to be coming along just fine.
We left MLS early, because her mum has been complaining of her going back late (but she commented on how good I am as I stick by my curfew, but suspect she doesn't know =D). So we aimed to reach home before Maghrib. I think she managed to, but I didn't. Overslept in the train, and alighted at Sembawang. Sheesh. But I still managed to reach home by 7:45PM.
Looks like tomorrow I'll have to drag myself up again at 6:30AM. Lolz... But wait, there's a soccer match tonight. Hmm... Very tempting. Most probably I'll set an alarm and try to wake up at 2:45AM. Better sleep now, otherwise, I can't wake up on time tomorrow.
Just realized this. No video conference (8AM - 11AM) tomorrow, no Metabolic Biochemistry (11AM - 1PM) tomorrow. I'll only start class at 2PM. So what am I supposed to do from 8AM until 2PM???
Ah wait. GMail jackpotting.
This is addictive.
