[Mood: Great] [Mentally: Fine] [Physically: Starting to Train] [State of Mind: Okay]
I'm a bit tired out to explain the past few days. I'll try to put it in a couple of sentences. Lolz.
Last week, I caught the last screening of Batman. Actually, one of the last. It was an impromptu decision, and I'm regretting that Zul has already told me how it ends when he went to watch it a few weeks ago. No harm done, it was a great movie nevertheless. Frizzy, I don't have lots of time nor money, but sometimes, we must know how to make do with what we have. Juz worth a mention. Lolz...
I had a stomachache the day after the Seoul Garden dinner. Must be because of the laughing and gossiping with the guys while eating. And not to mention playing pool after that. We practically had to pee after every game.
Saturday, went to Raffles Place. Walked along to Esplanade, when I saw primary school kids walking towards the Padang. They're watching the NDP rehearsal. My brother is one of them, but I didn't manage to see him. I have other things to worry about, like finding a toilet to relieve myself. Lolz. Before this, someone mixed my Coke with ice-cream. The mixture didn't really go well with my stomach (pics in Blog Visuals), so comes the bad reaction. Looks like I have to make a list of public toilets in Singapore, just in case. Take note that the rehersal my brother went to featured the commando who experienced a bad landing. Video of this taken by my brother will be up soon.
Later that night, Haddad called me from the hospital. Yeah. It seems that he has eye inflammatory, so he had to undergo treatment. he actually said 'operation', but I didn't think it was that bad. He needed me to write him a testimonial, in under 24 hours. Considering I can write my speech under 48 hours, this should not be a problem. But I didn't really know my schedule for the next day.
Sunday morning, my family went to class at Masjid An-Nur. At noon, went straight to my grandma's place. Then at around 3, I left the place to head to Faizul's house for an Exco 32/33 gathering. Pictures are in my Blog Visuals. Hisham irritated me with my 'I'm No Superman' song I put on my blog, so I changed it to 'Greenday - American Idiot'. One song which pumps your adrenalin. I reached home at around 8PM, which leaves me less than 4 hours to do Haddad's testimonial. But I managed. And I hope it's sufficient. Lolz.
Today, work as usual. Nothing much to report. I still have more movies lined up to watch, and a couple of new things and not-so-new things to try out again. Should be an interesting month.
I'm waiting for my pay...~ I'm waiting for my pay...~
American Idiot
Don't wanna be an American idiot.
Don't want a nation under the new mania.
And can you hear the sound of hysteria?
The subliminal mind **** America.
Welcome to a new kind of tension.
All across the alienation.
Everything isn't meant to be okay.
Television dreams of tomorrow.
We're not the ones who're meant to follow.
For that's enough to argue.
Well maybe I'm the faggot America.
I'm not a part of a redneck agenda.
Now everybody do the propaganda.
And sing along in the age of paranoia.
Welcome to a new kind of tension.
All across the alienation.
Everything isn't meant to be okay.
Television dreams of tomorrow.
We're not the ones who're meant to follow.
For that's enough to argue.
Don't wanna be an American idiot.
One nation controlled by the media.
Information age of hysteria.
It's calling out to idiot America.
Welcome to a new kind of tension.
All across the alienation.
Everything isn't meant to be okay.
Television dreams of tomorrow.
We're not the ones who're meant to follow.
For that's enough to argue.
