[Mood: Okay] [Mentally: Fine] [Physically: Working out] [State of Mind: A Bit Stressed]
Life's a bit bland in 1SIR. That's because we have not yet started outfield training, only physical training. And the unit's involved in NDP. So for the next 2 months or so, we won't be going outfield. But there are lots of physical training, and the CO of the batallion wants all commanders to get gold for IPPT. Lolz. I can barely pull 8 now. But my running's maintained.
Unit Induction Programme finished on Thursday, and I was posted to Charlie as Platoon 7 (NS) Platoon Sergeant. Why the (NS)? Because there are 2 platoon sergeants in a platoon, one is a regular, another is an NSF. I'll still command a section once in a while, though.
It's gonna be quite a year in 1SIR. But too much time spent in there. I'm starting to miss someone.
