I forgot to update last week, and almost forgot to update today. Lolz. Just a summary of my week.
Last Sunday, I had a training run at Sentosa. Familiarising with the 10km route. Then for the next 5 days, it was so relaxed in camp. Lectures or canteen breaks. Then we had consecutive nights out from Tuesday until Thursday, and then common phase ended on Friday. Ops phase will be starting tomorrow.
Spent some quality time with someone yesterday, before the 10km New Balance RealRun this morning. It was very packed! When the race started, I was still stuck at the starting area for 3 mins because there were too many people, and the exit was choked. Eventually when I managed to get some space, I started to open up.
I managed to clock a good personal timing, even though I felt like dying halfway through at the sand area. I think my time was around 54mins. Pictures are in my Visuals. Went to the hawker centre at HarbourFront Interchange for breakfast, before heading home.
Gonna start my ops phase tomorrow. I doubt I'll have time for myself from now on.
